UPI QR on invoices
A customer asks where to pay after you have already sent the bill. Put your shop payment QR on the invoice so the details travel with the bill, whether you print it or share the digital copy.
At a shop counter
For a delivery order, send the bill link on WhatsApp. The customer can see the QR and amount on the bill, then send payment through their UPI app. You check the payment before recording it as received.
