Which plan fits your shop?
Pick Small if you’re not GST-registered. You get the part you use a hundred times a day — fast billing by tap or voice, stock that drops as you sell, low-stock alerts, sell-by-weight, and bills you can print or send on WhatsApp. For a counter shop that isn’t filing GST returns, this is the whole job.
Pick Medium if you bill on GST, or if udhaar is real money for you. This is where the tax invoice lives — GSTIN, HSN codes and the CGST/SGST split done for you — along with the customer khata and WhatsApp reminders, expenses and cash book, profit and balance-sheet reports, Munim AI, and staff logins for up to five helpers. Most shops that outgrow Small outgrow it for one of those two reasons.
Pick Large only if you have more than one outlet. It adds branch-wise stock, transfers between branches and an organisation view across all of them. If you run a single shop it won’t give you anything Medium doesn’t already do — so don’t buy it.

Pricing questions
Is the free trial really free?
Yes — seven days, and we don’t ask for a card to start. You set up your shop, add your products and bill real customers. If you stop there, nothing is charged and nothing auto-renews.
Which plan do I need to make GST bills?
Medium. The Small plan makes clean, professional bills, but a proper GST tax invoice — with your GSTIN, HSN codes and the CGST/SGST split — is on Medium. If you’re not GST-registered, Small is genuinely all you need.
Which plan should I actually pick?
Most single-counter shops start on Small and move to Medium the month they register for GST or get tired of chasing udhaar on paper. Large is only worth it if you run more than one outlet — if you have one shop, it will not do anything extra for you, and we’d rather tell you that than sell it.
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes, by about two months. Small is ₹1,188 if you pay monthly for a year, or ₹999 yearly — a saving of ₹189. Medium is ₹3,588 monthly against ₹2,999 yearly, saving ₹589. Large is ₹9,588 against ₹7,999, saving ₹1,589.
Do I pay extra per phone or per computer?
No. One plan covers your shop — the same account works on your phone, in any browser and in the Windows desktop app. There is no per-device charge and no separate desktop licence.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, and your data comes with you. Move up when you need GST or khata, and everything you have already billed stays exactly where it is.
What about my helper — do they need their own plan?
No. Staff logins are included on Medium, up to five people, each with their own username and password and only the permissions you give them. Your purchase cost, profit and cash book stay owner-only. Large raises that to twenty.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours. You can export your products, customers, bills and reports to Excel or CSV at any time while your account is active, so you are never locked in.
