The rush comes in waves

Most days are steady, then a wedding week or a festival hits and the shop is full. That’s exactly when a slow bill book or a fiddly app costs you a sale — and when a discount given in a hurry gets forgotten. BazarBook keeps billing quick when the shop is packed, and keeps the numbers straight when it isn’t.

What it does on the shop floor

Bill by the piece, fast

Add a kurta, a pair of jeans, a dupatta — set the price and you’re done. A few taps per customer, even when three are waiting.

Add items by voice

Hands busy folding and packing? Say what the customer is buying and it rings it up for you.

GST bill when you need it

Registered? It prints a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN and the tax split. Not registered? A clean, simple bill with your shop name does the job.

Khata for your regulars

That customer who pays after Diwali? Put the bill on udhaar and it lands in their khata. Send a friendly WhatsApp reminder when it’s time.

Keep a count of your stock

Know how many of an item are left as you sell, so you can reorder the fast movers before the next rush instead of after it.

Share the bill on WhatsApp

Send the bill to the customer’s number — good for exchanges and returns later, and it saves your bill pad.

Works when the net drops

Signal gone in a crowded market? On the Windows desktop app you keep billing — it saves on the counter machine and syncs by itself once you’re back online.

See what’s selling

Which items move, what the day added up to, who buys the most — so you stock more of what actually sells this season.

Ready before the next rush

1

Add your items

Type them in or import a list. Set the price for each — shirts, sarees, kids’ wear, whatever you carry.

2

Bill in a few taps

Tap the items or speak them, add any discount, pick cash / UPI / khata, and print or share the bill.

3

Check your day

Sales, pending khata and what’s low on stock — on your phone, whenever the floor is quiet.

Questions shop owners ask

Can I make a GST bill for clothing?

Yes. If you are GST-registered it prints a tax invoice with the HSN code and tax split. If you are not registered, you can make a plain bill instead.

Is it quick enough for a festival rush?

Yes — that’s the point. Bill by tapping items or by voice, so you get through a full shop without the queue backing up.

Can I give regular customers credit?

Yes. Mark the bill as udhaar and it goes to that customer’s khata. You can see what’s pending and send a WhatsApp reminder when it’s due.

Does it work in Gujarati or Hindi?

Yes. The whole app runs in Gujarati, Hindi or English, and voice billing understands Hindi and Gujarati.

What if my internet goes off in a crowded market?

On the Windows desktop app you keep billing — those sales are saved on that computer and sync on their own once the connection is back. On the phone you need a connection to save a bill.

Do I need a computer?

No. It runs on your phone. Add a printer only if you want printed bills.
