Staff activity and approvals
When several people work a counter, a shared login makes a disputed discount or deleted bill hard to explain. BazarBook’s staff controls connect activity to individual logins and can require approval for sensitive actions.
At a shop counter
A bill is changed after a shift. The owner can review its activity rather than ask everyone who might have touched it. A manager PIN can add a second check to actions that should not be decided by a cashier alone.
How it works
Individual staff logins
Each worker signs in with their own account and the role assigned to them.
Bill activity
Review the history of important bill actions with the associated staff identity.
Approval controls
Configure manager approval for guarded actions and use the staff report to review activity.
Good to know
The owner must configure staff accounts and approval controls; a shared owner login cannot provide individual attribution.
