Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using BazarBook in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility & Your Account

To use BazarBook you must be able to form a legally binding contract and run a legitimate business. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate business and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your login.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Free Trial, Plans & Billing

BazarBook is offered on subscription plans, with a free trial for new accounts. Paid features become available once you choose a plan.

• Your 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the service before paying.
• Plan prices and included features are shown on the Plans page and may change with prior notice.
• Fees are billed for the period you select and are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable; you may stop using the service at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BazarBook only for lawful business purposes, and not to misuse or disrupt the service.

• Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing, tax and inventory data you enter.
• Comply with the tax and business laws that apply to your shop, including GST where relevant.

Your Data

Your shop, sales, inventory and customer records belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you collect and for having the right to store it.

Our Intellectual Property

BazarBook — including its software, design, logo and content — belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from it.

Service Availability

We work to keep BazarBook reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Suspension & Termination

You may stop using BazarBook and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or us. After closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BazarBook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use BazarBook after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
