Quotations and estimates (planned)
A customer asking for a price is not the same as a customer buying the goods. BazarBook plans a separate quotation workflow so a shop can share an estimate without immediately treating it as revenue or reducing stock.
This is a product roadmap preview, not a feature you can use today. There is no announced release date.
At a shop counter
A garment shop prices uniforms for a local school. The planned flow would let the shop send a numbered estimate, revisit it when the buyer decides and convert it to a sale only after confirming stock and price.
What the roadmap proposes
A separate document
The proposed estimate has its own number and validity date, not the shop’s tax-invoice number.
No premature stock movement
The roadmap keeps quotation lines separate from sales until conversion.
Share then convert
The intended workflow includes a customer copy and a deliberate convert-to-sale action.
Good to know
Planned, not available today. The final workflow, plan tier and release date have not been committed.
