Do I need to buy a POS machine?
No. BazarBook runs on the phone or computer you already have. There’s an optional Windows desktop app for silent printing, but no special POS terminal to buy.
Can it print receipts?
Yes — thermal receipts and A4 bills. On the Windows desktop app, bills print silently to any connected printer; on a phone you can print or share on WhatsApp.
Can customers pay by UPI?
Yes — your UPI QR shows on the bill, and you can mark each sale as cash, UPI or udhaar (credit).
Does the POS work if my internet drops?
On the Windows desktop app you can keep billing if the connection drops, and those bills sync automatically once you’re back online. On the phone and in the browser you need a connection.
Does it track stock and customer dues too?
Yes. Stock reduces automatically as you bill, and any credit sale goes to that customer’s khata with WhatsApp reminders.
