Stock transfers between branches
When one outlet runs short and another has a spare carton, a phone call is not an inventory record. BazarBook lets an organization record a branch stock transfer so the movement can be traced.
At a shop counter
The main shop sends five units to the second outlet. Record the sending and receiving branches and the quantity, then check the transfer history when the shelves are counted.
How it works
Choose the source and destination
A transfer records which branch stock moved from and where it went.
Keep a movement history
Review previous transfers instead of guessing why a branch quantity changed.
Use the organization stock view
See branch-wise quantities in the multi-branch inventory area.
Good to know
A transfer is an internal stock movement, not a customer sale or a supplier purchase. It is available to organizations on the Large plan.
